Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain CaratLane jewellery collections, offers, and services.
- Schedule store appointments and follow up with customers.
- Build customer relationships to improve sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with store sales teams for customer visits and order follow-ups.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
