Position: LG Inbound Process Executive
Location: Ghansoli MBP
Salary: ₹12,200/- and above
shift timings:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Rotational week off
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries related to LG products and services
- Provide clear and effective communication in Hindi to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong Hindi communication skills (verbal)
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
