Telecaller

Core Responsibilities

• Appointment Scheduling: Book and coordinate service appointments, sending periodic maintenance and pending service reminders to customers.
• Customer Intake & Handling: Greet customers, understand their concerns, and assign them to the appropriate Service Advisor during busy morning hours.
• Post-Service Follow-Ups (PSF): Contact customers post-servicing to gather feedback and determine the overall Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Complaint Resolution: Document feedback, track customer grievances, and coordinate with the mechanical/service team to resolve issues promptly.
• Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service histories and interaction logs using dealership CRM or DMS
