Job Profile – Tele Calling Executive (Healthcare Coordination)Position: Tele Calling Executive / Medical Coordinator

• Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and fix medical appointments for clients
• Follow up with clients regarding scheduled medicals and appointments
• Handle client queries and provide proper assistance after medical examinations
• Coordinate with diagnostic centers, clinics, and hospitals for smooth appointment scheduling
• Maintain regular communication with clients and medical centers
• Update appointment status and client records in the system
• Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure timely completion of medical processes and client support
• Required Skills:Good communication and tele-calling skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain records
• Basic knowledge of healthcare/medical services
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle client queries professionally
• Qualification:Graduate or Undergraduate
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostic center, insurance, or tele-calling will be preferred
• Preferred Experience:1–2 years experience in tele-calling, healthcare coordination, or customer support preferred
