Join our dynamic team as a BPO Executive. You will be the primary point of contact for our international/domestic clients, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chat messages.
• Provide accurate solutions to customer queries regarding products or services.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the CRM database.

Meet daily performance metrics (KPIs) like Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Scores.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers are welcome).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and rotational shifts.
