Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Executive / TeleSales

Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.

Explain products/services and generate leads.

Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Maintain daily call records and customer details.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.


Requirements:


Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Hindi/English communication preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + incentives.
