Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Email & Chat Process - Tata Digital (TDL)
Process: 90% Email & Chat | 10% Voice Support
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC Pass with BPO experience OR Graduate Freshers
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Good English communication skills
- Versant Level 4+ preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and occasional voice interactions
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Document customer interactions as per process requirements
Shift Timings:
- Female Candidates: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Male Candidates: 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- Rotational weekly offs
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹22,500 per month
- In-hand Salary: Approximately ₹18,000 per month
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
