* Achieve monthly sourcing and business targets.

*Requirements:*

* Experience in real estate sourcing, business development, or channel sales is preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Ability to build and maintain a strong partner network.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

* Basic computer knowledge.
