Site Engineer

Designation: Site Engineer/Service Engineer

Function: Services Department: Services Reporting to: Site Incharge Job Purpose: 

1. To understand a project requirement and execute the project.

2. To Plan a resource to execute a project.

3. To carry a maintenance of machines, tools, equipment’s. Job Responsibility: 1. To prepare a list of all materials required for site / project execution. 2. To coordinate with vendors for material etc 3. To collect and provide data in required formats

4. To prepare reports 5. Prepare Reports, Compile documents for Reports. 6. Ability to Plan, Prioritize, Track and Report site activities. 7. Preparation of reports to be summitted to client.  Performance Matrix: 1. Financials – Cost Control/ Material Cost Saving. 2. Customer Satisfaction. 3. Learning and Development 4. Others. Office Books Library. Education Qualification: 1. BE/BTech/MTech Core Skills and Competencies: 1. Should have Knowledge of pumps, filtration systems. 2. Should have basic engineering knowledge of piping, flow, volume calculations etc. 3. Good personality and communication ability. 4. Problem Solver 5. Proactive – Should be able to do what he may be expected to do before he is asked to do it. 

Day to Day Activities:

 1. To gain mastery in the process and train supervisors and helpers in execution.

2. To coordinate with site staff and operate equipment’s while required and carry out all such work as required to complete site as per our process.

3. To get feedback from client post site execution

4. To collect information on client / sites etc and provide the same to management.

5. Maintain stock records of all material issued for services.

6. Follow and ensure all safety measures / protocols are followed.

7. Ensure all equipment’s, systems, machines, tools and tackles are kept clean, in their place afte use.

8. Carry of regular Maintenance of Machines, Tools and other equipment.

9. Prepare Reports, Compile documents for Reports.

10. Ability to Plan, Prioritize, Track and Report site activities.

11. Preparation of reports to be summitted to client.

12. Collection of all data in requisite formats pertaining to site activity.

13. Must be efficient and productive with time
