We are looking for dynamic and hardworking candidates for the position of Shift Manager. The candidate will be responsible for handling overall store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store during shifts.

• Handling day-to-day store operations

• Managing shift activities and staff deployment

• Team handling and staff coordination

• Inventory management and stock control

• Maintaining food cost and minimizing wastage

• Ensuring proper customer service and store hygiene

• Preparing operational reports and maintaining records

• Supporting local store marketing activities

• Maintaining smooth operational flow during shifts

• Ensuring store standards and discipline are followed

• Ready to work in rotational shifts

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Experience in Retail / QSR / Food Industry preferred
