Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Stay updated on share market basics, investment products, and related financial services.
  • Assist customers with relevant information about share market-related products/services.

Preference: Candidates with knowledge of the share market and related financial products will be preferred.
