Job Description

A telesales professional is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers over the phone. This target-driven role involves cold-calling, pitching offers, answering inquiries, and closing deals to drive company revenue. Success requires excellent communication, active listening, and strong negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to prospects and respond to inbound inquiries to pitch products and close sales.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, purchase histories, and feedback in the company CRM system.
  • Overcome Objections: Address customer doubts, answer questions about products, and resolve grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call volume key performance indicators (KPIs).
