- Perform food testing and proximate analysis (Fat, Protein, Carbohydrate, Energy, Sugar).
- Maintain ISO 17025 and NABL documentation.
- Execute method validation and participate in PT/ILC programs.
- Prepare SOPs and oversee laboratory operations.
- Handle audits and lead the team.
We are looking for someone who has Nabl Lab experience specifically into food testing, with parameters of protein, fats, moisture, carbohydrates, spices, dairy and milk
