Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Maintain the general ledger, perform complex balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all journal entries and accruals are properly recorded.
• Compile necessary documentation and schedules for internal and external audits; assist with tax filings and compliance.
• Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring healthy cash flow.
