Job Description

  • Data Sourcing and Management: Sourcing accurate contact details from online networks like LinkedIn, Google Maps, and design directories, as well as offline networks, to reach key decision-makers (Principal Architects, Interior Designers, Turnkey Contractors, and Builders/Purchase Heads). Focus on entities in the business of:


  • Premium Architecture & Interior Design Studios
  • Turnkey Interior Contracting & Project Management
  • Residential Real Estate Projects & Luxury Housing
  • Developers & Infrastructure Builders
  • Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization, tracking upcoming project locations, lead categories (Architect/Designer/Contractor/Builder), and material requirements.
  • Sales Meetings: Preparing for meetings via structured research about the target client’s style, current project portfolios, and past material preferences (e.g., checking an architect's design aesthetic or a contractor's typical project scale).
  • Having effective sales meetings in order to:


  • Understand the technical and design ecosystem of their current and upcoming sites (e.g., door quantities, frame specifications, required laminates, and plywood grades).
  • Position Singal Point By Bombay Plywood as the best choice for the client by emphasizing high manufacturing standards, premium product longevity, long-term warranties, and robust supply capacity.
  • Sales Proposals: Create pitch presentations and sample kits and quotations tailored specifically to the client's profile (e.g., showcasing trendy laminate textures to designers, or highlighting bulk pricing and durability data for doors and frames to builders and contractors).
  • Co-ordinate with the factory, showroom, and logistics teams to generate accurate commercial proposals, bulk-pricing matrices for project-wide supply, and site-wise delivery timelines.
  • Sales Conversion: Negotiate win-win deals that secure immediate commercial orders or get our doors, frames, and materials officially written into the architect’s or builder's official BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
  • Maintain profitability index and volume-based margin structures as per management guidelines for project-level and retail-studio sales.
  • Client Co-ordination: Write emails/whatsapp professionally to record all discussions with the client, explicitly detailing door/frame and other interior products dimensions, exact material specifications, approved pricing structures, and scheduled site-delivery phases.
  • Be the interface between the client and the factory/delivery teams from the initial site measurement checks and design selection to the final on-time material drop at the site
