Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Resolve customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate customer records.

Follow company guidelines and quality standards.

Achieve daily productivity targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.

HSC/Graduate (as per process requirement).

Basic computer knowledge.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.

BPO/Customer Service experience preferred (Freshers can also apply if applicable).
