Sales Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and marketing activities.
• Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations.
• Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
• Negotiate sales terms and close property deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property expos.
