Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to develop business and increase sales of our industrial testing and measuring equipment.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting industries and laboratories, understanding their technical requirements, promoting our products and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.

Visit industries, laboratories, manufacturing units and other potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable testing equipment.

Promote and sell products such as Universal Testing Machines, Hardness Testers, Bursting Strength Testers, Box Compression Testers and other material testing instruments.

Prepare and follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with the technical team.

Develop relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

Follow up regularly on enquiries and achieve assigned sales targets.

Explore new markets and identify opportunities to increase company sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related engineering field.

Technical understanding of industrial equipment, machinery or testing instruments.

Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel and regularly visit customers.

Ability to independently generate leads, follow up and close sales.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident in dealing with customers.

Experience in technical or industrial sales will be preferred.

Experience maximum 2 years in technical sales / industrial sales preferred.
