Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Juinagar Midc, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation, policy issuance, and customer follow-ups.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and policy documentation.

Track sales performance and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Coordinate with insurance companies for policy processing, renewals, and endorsements.

Follow up with customers for pending documents and policy renewals.

Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination.

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Experience in manufacturing company,Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, or Sales Coordination preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in Any Stream.

Candidates with experience in Insurance, BFSI, Back Office, Customer Service, or Sales Support will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

Organized and detail-oriented.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.

Immediate joiners preferred.
