Retail Sales Executive

Customer Engagement: Greet customers entering the showroom/counter, understand their specific requirements, and guide them to the right steel/metal products.

Sales & Consultation: Explain product features, specifications (grades, dimensions, and use-cases of iron and steel), and pricing to convert walk-ins into sales.

Deal Closure: Handle price negotiations professionally and close counter sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Order Management: Process invoices, coordinate with the stock/warehouse team for material dispatch, and ensure timely delivery to the customer.

Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with regular B2C buyers, contractors, and local fabricators to encourage repeat business.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on fluctuating market prices for metals and mining products to quote accurate rates to clients.
