Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordination: Manage the interview process by scheduling meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, draft employment contracts, and roll out job offers.
• Onboarding: Assist with new-hire orientation, background checks, and initial integration into the company.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs
