1. Making & Receiving Telephone Calls And Assisting Defaulters 

2. Maintaining An Accurate Record Of All Calls Made And Received

3. Informing Defaulters About Their Debts And Ensure Payments Are Made 

4. Should Able To Send Updates Via Whats App To Customers As & When Required 

5. Must Handle 100+ Outgoing/Incoming Calls Daily

6. Convincing Skills & Should Be Target Oriented
