Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Plotting Projects

Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai (On-site)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits for our plotting projects in the Mumbai 3.0 region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate plotting projects.
• Handle incoming inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for interested clients.
• Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and conversion.
• Provide accurate information about project location, pricing, and benefits.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling and closures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling (preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
• Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Mumbai 3.0, Atal Setu, NMIA, and nearby locations.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
