Real Estate Sales Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking Sales Managers with a proven background in land/plot sales to join our growing team at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, client-handling skills, and the ability to close high-value land transactions with HNI and investor clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of land/plot projects in Navi Mumbai and surrounding regions.
• Generate, nurture, and convert leads through field sales, site visits, and investor meetings.
• Handle client interactions, negotiations, and ensure smooth deal closures.
• Build long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, corporates, and industrial clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for better positioning.
• Coordinate with presales, marketing, and documentation teams.
