Hiring: Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Vashi , Navi Mumbai

Experience: 0–3 Years

�� Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound/outbound leads, qualify prospects, and coordinate site visits. The role is crucial in supporting the sales team by ensuring high-quality lead engagement and conversion.

�� Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and follow-ups

· Qualify leads and understand customer requirements

· Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

· Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads

· Update CRM with accurate client details and interactions

· Share project details, pricing, and offers with potential clients

· Maintain high conversion ratios from leads to site visits

�� Requirements:

· 0–3 years of experience in Pre-sales/Inside sales (real estate preferred)

· Excellent communication and convincing skills

· Strong follow-up and negotiation ability

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools

· Target-driven and result-oriented

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Incentives

Prior experience in Real Estate (Pre-sales/ Telecalling) will be preferred.
