Job Description

 Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Dubai Properties)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Dubai real estate sales

Location: Goodwill Bizhub, Side to Ikea, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with experience in Dubai or Indian property sales. This role focuses on client acquisition, lead conversion, and active participation in marketing initiatives including social media and investor events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client meetings (Zoom & physical) to present global real estate opportunities
  • Conduct at least 30 meetings per month (virtual or in-person)
  • Generate and close deals in international real estate markets
  • Create social media video content explaining projects and investment opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships and follow up consistently
  • Actively participate in roadshows, events, and investor meets across India
  • Can travel frequently for client meetings, roadshows, meetings, project briefing.



Travel Requirement

  • Must be open to traveling across India for roadshows, investor events, and client meetings

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month + commission on close deals

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience in global or Indian real estate sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
  • Confident in front of the camera for social media content creation
  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently across India
  • Self-motivated, aggressive closer, and results-oriented mindset
