Industry: Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Manufacturing

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Department: Purchase / Procurement

Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase raw materials, machine components, electrical parts, laser components, and consumables.

Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.

Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize orders.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and follow up on pending materials.

Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, and invoices.

Coordinate with production, stores, service, and accounts teams for material requirements.

Monitor stock levels and arrange materials as per production schedules.

Check received materials for quantity, specifications, and quality.

Develop new vendors and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.

Handle urgent purchase requirements and ensure minimum production delays.

Prepare purchase reports and update management on pending orders and material status.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Vendor negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of industrial machinery/components will be an advantage.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple purchase requirements.
