• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day backend operations related to mutual funds and wealth management.
• Process mutual fund transactions, including purchase, redemption, switches, and SIP registrations.
• Work efficiently on BSE StAR MF and MF Utility (MFU) platforms.
• Manage transaction entries, client documentation, data verification, and operational records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Track transaction status, resolve operational discrepancies, and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established operational procedures.
• Mandatory RequirementsFemale candidates residing in Navi Mumbai only.
• 0–1 year of experience in backend operations with a wealth management company, mutual fund distributor, or financial services firm.
• Hands-on working knowledge of both BSE StAR MF and MF Utility (MFU) platforms is mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
