Job SummaryWe are looking for an Operations Executive to handle loan processing, documentation, customer verification, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end personal loan processing and documentation.
• Verify customer KYC documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and other required documents.
• Check loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the Credit, Sales, Accounts, and Verification teams.
• Manage loan files and ensure timely disbursement.
• Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and loan-related data.
• Follow up on pending documents and applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support loan account updates and post-disbursement activities.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in NBFC or banking operations preferred.
• Knowledge of personal loan processing and KYC documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and loan management software (LOS/LMS).
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
