MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze business data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, generating dashboards, and supporting management with timely MIS reports for decision-making.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, and maintain data from various departments.
• Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain records and databases with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with different teams for data collection and report preparation.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
• Handle data validation, reconciliation, and error correction.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF Functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
