Job Description

  1. Manage the work force
  2. Communicate non-conforming deviations with the suppliers, and in process manufacturing departments
  3. Closing the corrective and preventive actions for the deviations / non conformances
  4. Report the quality scores to the management as per timely schedule – daily, weekly, monthly etc.
  5. Record maintenance and documentatio
  6. Maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and quality records.
  7. incoming raw materials (steel, alloy, etc.) to ensure they meet required standards.
  8. Maintain proper records of test results for audits and compliance.
  9. Work with production teams to reduce rejection rates and improve quality.
