Job Description

Outbound Prospecting: Actively identify, source, and engage potential B2B, SME, and startup clients through robust outbound strategies, including cold calling and email outreach.


High-Volume Engagement: Maintain an energetic pipeline by consistently making 40–50 quality outbound calls per day.


End-to-End Sales Management: Present, pitch, and sell company products/services by effectively translating features into business value propositions for decision-makers.


Objection Handling: Confidently address, navigate, and resolve client objections, turning initial hesitation into successful conversions using a consultative selling approach.


CRM Discipline: Maintain impeccable data hygiene by tracking every interaction, lead status, and pipeline update in CRM tools like Salesforce / HubSpot.


Target Achievement: Take complete ownership of individual monthly revenue targets and consistently strive to exceed quotas
