ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeline.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services when applicable.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.
