Outbound sales process for Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about Banking services.
• Promote and sell banking products.
• Drive activation process by ensuring newly acquired customers start using their credit cards promptly.
• Manage retention process by engaging with existing customers, resolving concerns, and offering relevant upgrades or benefits to enhance loyalty.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A graduation degree (any stream) is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with BPO or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Age limit: 18 to 32 years.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Fresher- 18,000 (in hand)

Experienced- Negotiable

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Week Offs: Alternate Saturday plus rotational off for Thane

Alternate Saturday plus Sunday off for Juinagar

Note: This is off role requirement. Selected candidates will be on HGS payroll.
