Inbound Process Executive

Position: Tata CFAB Inbound Process Executive

Location: Altruist – Mumbai

Salary: ₹16,000 (In-hand)

₹18,000 for linguistic candidates (with additional language proficiency)

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Rotational week off
• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle inbound customer queries related to Tata CFAB services
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate fresher eligible to apply
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in rotational week-offs and flexible shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
