We receive regular enquiries through social media for investments, SIPs, mutual funds, insurance, tax planning, retirement planning, child education planning, and wealth creation.

We are looking for a confident and responsible In-house Sales Executive / Financial Planning Coordinator who can handle leads, understand client requirements, do basic need analysis, and guide clients with the support of our advisory team.

Role OverviewThe candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their financial goals, collecting required information, doing basic need analysis, and helping clients plan their finances through suitable financial products such as:

Mutual Funds, SIP, SIF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Debentures, Structured Products, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and other financial planning solutions.

The role is not only about sales. It requires proper client understanding, follow-up, relationship building, and coordination with the financial planning team.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Forms, referrals, and other channels.

Call prospects and understand their financial needs, goals, income profile, risk appetite, and investment expectations.

Do basic client need analysis for goals like wealth creation, retirement planning, child education, tax planning, insurance planning, and emergency fund planning.

Explain different financial products and services in a simple and professional manner.

Coordinate with the advisory team for suitable financial planning and product recommendations.

Schedule client meetings or appointments with the senior advisor/team.

Follow up with clients regularly and help them complete the onboarding process.

Maintain lead records, client details, follow-up status, and conversion updates in Google Sheets/CRM.

Assist clients with basic documentation and service-related coordination.

Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure good client experience.

Maintain confidentiality of client financial information.

Work towards monthly lead conversion and business targets.

Sales-oriented mindset with a service-first approach.

Basic computer knowledge, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and CRM handling.

Disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented.

Willingness to learn about financial products and planning concepts.

QualificationGraduate preferred.

Experience in financial services, mutual fund distribution, banking, insurance, wealth management, telecalling, or client relationship management will be an added advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills and learning attitude may also apply.

CompensationSalary will be based on experience and skills.
