Job title: Customer Service Associate / Cross-Sales Executive
Process: IDFC BANK EXECUTIVE
Work: Outbound calling, customer service + cross-selling banking products
Products: Loans, credit cards and other banking services
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: Fixed weekly off
Eligibility: Freshers and experience can apply
