Position: HVAC Site Engineer

Department: HVAC

Experience: 0–2Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related field

Location: Site-based

Job Responsibilities

Execute and supervise HVAC installation work at project sites.

Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, and MEP coordination drawings.

Coordinate installation of Ducting, Chilled Water Piping, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Chillers, Pumps, and Ventilation Systems.

Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, technicians, consultants, and other MEP teams.

Check the quality of materials and installation work.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Conduct inspection, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

Ensure proper execution of ducting, piping, insulation, supports, and equipment installation.

Follow project safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at site.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.

Ensure project work is completed within the required time, quality, and safety standards.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HVAC systems and installation.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading HVAC drawings.

Basic knowledge of HVAC estimation and quantity checking.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage site activities and manpower.
