Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Attendance, leave, and employee record management
• HR documentation and compliance
• Employee relations and grievance handling
• Coordination with management and departments
• HR MIS and reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in HR
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Good communication and team management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and MS Office
