Job Description

Designation-Fraud Containment Unit.

Location-Airoli

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Conducting near real time transaction monitoring using Fraud Management System like Clari5 for Digital Banking. VRM (Visa Risk Management) for Debit Card & NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India) for UPI

2. Analyzing fraud trend reports across various product channel including Digital Banking, Debit Card UPI which help to maintain risk in future.

3. Collaborate with acquiring banks and merchants to manage reversal and dispute processes for identified fraudulent transactions.

4. Guiding customers through the dispute process and providing insights on fraud trends going on.

Shift Time-9.30 to 6.30

Week Off- 2nd & 4th Sat off And Sunday off

Salary- 20000 ( 14000 from Company + 6000 from Nats)
