Fleet Data Entry & Coordination Executive

1. Fleet Software & Data Entry 

• Enter trip, vehicle, and driver data accurately in the fleet management software.  
• Maintain up-to-date records of all trips, deliveries, and vehicle usage.  
• Verify and reconcile trip sheets, fuel slips, and other transport documents.  

2. Team Coordination 

• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Drivers to ensure timely data submission.  
• Acknowledge LRs (Lorry Receipts) and other delivery-related documents from drivers.  
• Follow up with drivers and coordinators for pending or missing information.  

3. Trip Sheet & Settlement Processing 

• Prepare settlement entries in the fleet software based on verified trip sheets.  
• Submit finalized trip sheet and settlement data to the accounts team for advance settlement in SAP.  
• Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.  

4. Reporting & Compliance 

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.  
• Assist the Team Leader in generating reports for operational review.  
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues promptly.  

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / CS or any engineering field 
• 1–3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, or data entry.  
• Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office.  
• Knowledge of basic SAP processes for settlements is a plus.  
• Ability to work collaboratively with drivers, coordinators, and the transport team.
