Growth & Operations Executive


Company: Sumitra Cargo Movers

Location: Navi Mumbai / Panvel preferred

Type: Full-time | Field + Office

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 + Incentives

Travel Allowance: Separate

Two-wheeler + Driving Licence: Mandatory


Role


Handle the customer journey from lead → survey → booking → job supervision.


Responsibilities


- Call and qualify incoming leads

- Conduct/coordinate customer surveys

- Follow up and close bookings

- Coordinate customers, labour and vehicles

- Supervise Packers & Movers jobs on-site

- Handle basic issues during execution and ensure smooth completion


Candidate Requirements


- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Comfortable with sales and field work

- Able to coordinate labour and operations

- Willing to travel locally

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
