🎯 Role Objective

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by visiting retail outlets, securing product orders, and expanding market distribution for Idea Foods' product portfolio within an assigned territory.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Distribution
• Visit assigned retail counters, grocery stores, and supermarkets daily.
• Pitch the company's food product portfolio to secure maximum orders.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Market Expansion
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets to increase product penetration.
• Appoint new distributors or sub-dealers in unrepresented areas.
• Merchandising & Visibility
• Ensure prominent product display and shelf placement at retail points.
• Deploy marketing materials like banners, posters, and product stands.
• Relationship & Collections
• Build strong, long-term relationships with shopkeepers and distributors.
• Coordinate timely payment collections and handle outstanding dues.
• Gather local competitor insights, pricing strategies, and feedback.

💼 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 3 years in field sales (FMCG, food, or beverage sector preferred).
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate degree.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
• Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone with a valid driving license.
• Traits: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive local travel.
