About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Factory Operations Trainee who is keen to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will receive hands-on training and work closely with the factory and inventory teams across day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Inventory Manager and factory team in maintaining accurate inventory records.
* Assist with stock entries, stock movement and basic inventory reconciliation.
* Support batch coding and product coding activities and ensure accuracy of information.
* Make necessary entries and updates in the company's ERP/inventory management system.
* Assist in maintaining production, inventory and operational records.
* Coordinate with different members of the factory team to ensure information is communicated correctly and on time.
* Support general factory operations and gradually take on additional responsibilities after training.
* Follow established processes and maintain accuracy and discipline in day-to-day work.
Skills & Requirements
* Graduate / Diploma holder; freshers are welcome to apply.
* Strong willingness to learn and ability to grasp new processes quickly.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Any previous exposure to an ERP, inventory management software or other business systems would be an advantage.
* Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Responsible, organized and willing to work as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

More than prior experience, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and learning ability. The ideal candidate should be curious, dependable, comfortable with technology and eager to understand how factory operations, inventory and production systems work.
The candidate will be trained on our processes and systems, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as they develop.
