Estimation Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Manager for LV Panels to lead costing, tendering, and proposal preparation for low voltage switchboards and electrical panel projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of LV panels, commercial costing, and tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer enquiries, technical specifications, BOQ, and tender documents.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers for LV Panels such as PCC, MCC, APFC, Synchronizing Panels, VFD Panels, and Distribution Boards.
• Cost estimation of switchboards, busbars, breakers, enclosures, wiring accessories, and bought-out items.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for accurate costing and proposal submission.
• Vendor coordination for quotations of electrical components.
• Risk analysis of projects from commercial and technical perspectives.
• Maintain estimation database, costing sheets, and pricing standards.
• Support sales team during customer technical discussions and negotiations.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and quotations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in LV panel estimation/sales support.
• Strong knowledge of LV switchboards, IEC standards, and costing practices.
• Experience in tender handling for industrial/commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical components like ACB, MCCB, VFD, APFC systems, PLC panels, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and costing tools.

• Switchgear / EPC / Power Distribution sector
