Shift Time- 9:30 to 6:30
Roles & Responsibilites :
· Handling customer e-mails received (Level 1)
· Ensure service request, complaint and query are resolved to customer satisfaction.
· Co-ordinate with internal team to ensure the request, complaint and query are closed in a timely manner.
