E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

This is an entry-level role perfect for an analytical and process-driven individual who wants hands-on experience scaling an apparel brand online. You will manage day-to-day marketplace operations, resolve seller tickets, optimize product listings using AI tools, and track key performance metrics to ensure our digital catalogs are highly visible and converting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Ticket Resolution
2. Ticket Management: Create, track, and regularly follow up on seller support tickets across Amazon and Flipkart to resolve account, catalog, inventory, or payout issues rapidly and efficiently.
3. Listing Optimization & SEO
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Craft keyword-rich product titles, compelling bullet points, and detailed product descriptions tailored specifically to apparel search algorithms.
5. Traffic Scaling: Expand keyword targeting and continually optimize backend search terms to maximize product impressions and visibility.
6. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Elevate listings with high-converting A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content, high-end product videos, comparison charts, and competitive pricing strategies.
7. Analytics & Performance Tracking
8. Funnel Analysis: Regularly review daily sessions, page views, Buy Box win rates, and unit session percentages (conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth opportunities.
9. AI Tool Integration
10. Prompt Engineering: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to quickly spin up product descriptions, variant attributes, bullet points, or customer-support response templates to streamline daily workflows.

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience: 3 to 12 months of hands-on experience (or a strong internship) managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc - experience within the apparel, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred).
2. Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with marketplace Seller Central dashboards, inventory tools, and advertising/promotions modules.
3. Skill Set:

• High Sense of Ownership: Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage daily operations.
• Tech-Agility: Deep comfort with learning new tools, portals, AI softwares, and analytics dashboards as marketplace algorithms evolve.
• Customer-Centric Detail Orientation: Extreme attention to detail in catalog management, image selection, and troubleshooting, always viewing the digital storefront through the customer's eyes.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in reading e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rates, etc.) to drive proactive sales optimization.

Compensation & The Growth Guarantee

• Starting Salary: ₹1,20,000 to ₹1,50,000 per annum, based on interview performance.
• We believe in rewarding hard work. We offer a guaranteed 10% performance-based increment every 6 months. If you perform well and hit your KPIs, your salary will naturally and significantly compound.
