Job Description

  1. A. Driving & TransportationSafely drive company vehicles for delivery and collection of materials.
  2. Transport goods, documents, and equipment to customers, vendors, and transporters.
  3. Ensure timely delivery and collection as per schedule.
  4. Follow traffic rules and maintain a safe driving record.
  5. Maintain vehicle logbook, fuel records, insurance, PUC, and service schedules.
  6. Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
  7. B. Dispatch ManagementPrepare and dispatch customer orders as per delivery schedules.
  8. Verify material quantity, quality, and documentation before dispatch.
  9. Coordinate with transporters, couriers, and customers regarding deliveries.
  10. Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, e-way bills, and PODs (Proof of Delivery).
  11. Ensure proper packing, labeling, and safe loading/unloading of materials.
  12. Follow up on deliveries and obtain customer acknowledgements.
