Salary:
- Freshers: ₹21,000 In-Hand | ₹26,100 CTC per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹23,000 In-Hand | ₹28,100 CTC per month
Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for Kotak Securities. Candidates with good English communication skills and a customer service background are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
Available Processes
- Voice Process: Customer Service – Calls
- Chat Process: 50% Chat and 50% Calls
- Email Process: Email and Calls
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experienced candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Minimum Versant Level 5 required.
- Graduation marksheet is mandatory.
Documents Required for Experienced Candidates
- Offer Letter or Appointment Letter
- Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips or Bank Statement
- Experience Letter or Relieving Letter
Working Details
- Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
- Interview Rounds: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Round
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
