Job Description
- Position : Customer Support Executive
Process: Inbound Voice process - BANKING PROCESS
📍 Location: Rupa Solitaire , Ghansoli , Navi Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹21,000 In-Hand
⏰ Fixed Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days | Sunday Fixed Off
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Any Graduate
✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in any domain (Offer letter , pay slips must )
✅ Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls
* Resolve customer queries related to mutual funds
* Provide product information and assistance
* Maintain records and ensure customer satisfaction
